When we love ourselves we love the world and we are happy.  Our joy illuminates our life as well as the lives of those around us.  Learning self love is the key that opens the door to joy.  It opens our connection to our divinity.  It gives us a foundation upon which we can build a satisfying life.  Without it we can not truly shine.  Come join us to learn how to love yourself more fully and create a life of joy.  Please bring a journal and a hand mirror.
