The power and importance of sanctuary

Everyone needs a sacred space, a place that is personal and private where one centers their self to receive inner guidance. This class offers practical methods for creating a ready-made space to invite wisdom. We will also discuss ways to design a more elaborate in-home personal altar. Come enjoy some time spent learning how this can be accomplished, ranging from finding places alone in nature to a safe and quiet spot right in the midst of the busy hubbub of family life. Please bring a photo of something or someone who is very dear to you, a towel, stool or chair to sit on for a short while outside. and a small to medium sized piece of cloth that you think is beautiful.
