Traversing the Subconscious, Conscious and Super-conscious Minds
March 2nd, 2017
Modern Psychology along with ancient understandings of the human psyche acknowledge the triple aspect of our minds: the conscious, the subconscious and the super-conscious. In this program, we will be discussing the nature of each. When we know who we are and acknowledge the various levels of our being, not only can we function better in the world and with one another, but we also more easily gain access to our inner guidance and recognize that there are no limits to our minds.
Awakening the Powerhouse ~ Loving the Dutiful Servant Within

March 9th, 2017
Ninety-five percent of our brain power is in the realm of the subconscious mind. Yet, so many people never tend to the direction of this most dutiful servant within. This is like leaving a child alone in a candy store or a bull in a china shop. All kinds of unintended consequences can occur. With practice, we can learn to channel the immense power of our subconscious minds to improve our habits and our lives. We can embrace health and well being instead of addictions and self sabotage. Join us as Josephine shares effective tools for reprogramming the preconditioned responses of the dutiful servant within. This will also help us to improve the quality of our psychic perception.
Nature's Mind ~ Embracing the Right Side of Our Brains

A non-judgmental sense of oneness; creative inspiration; seeing everything as perfect, whole and beautiful; being present in the eternal moment of now; these are the hallmarks of the right brain. They are also the same qualities that our spiritual pursuits strive to awaken in us. But in our left-brain dominant culture, we value instead traits of efficiency, organization, past and future focus, which are constantly reminding us of what we should and shouldn't do. When we observe the natural world, however, we notice that animals seem to embrace both. Dogs are especially great at demonstrating right brain skills. They love you no matter what. They know when you are coming home and often what you are thinking. They greet you with joyous enthusiasm, big smiles and kind hearts. They find euphoria in your arms. Why not open ourselves to Nature's mind and become more like the animals, balanced in the left and the right side of our brains?

The shamans of ancient Polynesia were known as Kahunas. Starting in early youth, they are raised to trust themselves. Free from doubt, they would spend many years unifying their subconscious, conscious and super-conscious mind. This helped them to know their own way in life and to guide and protect others. We can also learn to do this and embrace the power of the present moment. Just like we do when we fall in love, we step into extraordinary magic and become empowered to live lives of conscious intent. Similar to the ancient Polynesians who closed their eyes and trusted themselves to find their way, we too can reach for this deeper knowing, ever-present within.
The Presence of Spirit

March 30th, 2017
We are spirit and spirit is all around us. We are so visually dominant in our sensory awareness that if we can't see something we don't believe it exists. Yet time and again the presence of spirit is made known to us, be it in our dreams or through waking visitations or through Divine benevolence. Spirit continuously steps in to assist us, often saving the day. On this show, we will jump right into the deep end of this unseen reality. We will take a look at how we can open our hearts and minds to the presence of spirit that is all around us, all of the time.
