Let's free ourselves to love because we are love.
A Change in Perspective Changes Everything
Healthy personal relationships give us boundless energy and are a source of true happiness and joy. Whereas, when our relationships are mired in difficulties, we can feel unhappy and our exuberance lags behind. During these times our psychic perceptions can become clouded as well. This is part of why it is a good idea to master the skills needed to increase the love in our lives. As we heal our minds, we change our situations and our perceptions and our relationships thrive. In this show, Josephine will share many helpful tips gleaned from her years of service as a spiritual mentor and Clairvoyant healer for changing our perspective which changes everything in our lives.
Showing Up For Love
When we are in love everything is right with our world and we reveal to ourselves the truth of who we really are. Everything is beautiful. Our conscious awareness is heightened to the point where we can seem to be almost lost in love. Yet, it is love that really helps us to find ourselves. How can we sustain this divine connection beyond the honeymoon phase? How can we cultivate the slow long-burning embers that keep us warm our whole life long? Join us as Josephine shares clairvoyant insights and magical formulas for a life of enlivened spirituality and enduring love.
Moving Beyond Judgment
Truth varies with diversity. This is because we are all so different. For instance what's true for a cat is not necessarily true for a dog. What's true for you may or may not be true for me. When we understand the logic of this, we can see how biased it is for us to stand in judgement of others. After all, our judgements typically involve only our own perspective. Realizing this, lets us become more able to reach for understanding and to see things the way others may see them. This not only helps us to heal our relationships with others but it also helps us to gain greater access to spiritual and psychic insights. Join us as we explore the possibility of releasing judgement from our lives through the use of the Polynesian practice of Ho’oponopono or "cleaning" our minds.
Change Comes From Within
We all want to change the world. Most of us think the problem lies outside ourselves, but when we live with a practice of self-reflection and self-love, we loosen our grip on judgement and stop projecting our own issues onto others. A dear friend knew a shaman in Peru who used to say, "We always want to blame others for our problems, but all of our problems are inside of our own heads. We have the sun dwelling in our hearts. That is where we need to seek: the heart rather than the head." In other words, it's all about love.
