Conversing with nature
We humans have communicated with nature since time began. The ancients have long known the depth of connection that we can have with plants, animals, the wind, the water, the sky and the stars. These skills have not been lost to us in modern society. We can all easily access our ability to commune with nature when we open ourselves to the idea. This helps us find our direction in life, our purpose becomes clear, and the way to proceed is spelled out before us. Join us as we remember something that you've actually never forgotten.
It is funny when you think about it because we and all of life are not machines. Yet this idea has dominated our scientific world view since the 1700’s. The fallacy of this thought lies behind everything we are taught, from a technical medical model for healing to factory farming for food production. As our understanding moves beyond this limited perception of reality our human awareness is embracing the consciousness and beauty of mind which pervades everything. This is allowing us to return to an ability to see the sacred in everything, from the air and rocks and water, to plants and animals, and even to the nature spirits and the whole of the Cosmos itself. Hooray!
